I’ve been fortunate to develop and officiate professional and division 1 soccer thanks to a few bold men who took a chance on me when I was considered a high risk, low level official. This past year I crowned a National Champion as a whistle and my first national candidate. I still love officiating but as I get older I decided to make development much easier, less judgement and more engaging than it was for me.
I am offering to 150 soccer officials the chance to be virtually mentored and coached by me personally. Sanctioned by US Soccer my unique overview of “feeling” the game and player & match management allows me to put you in the captain’s seat of progress. You don’t have to pay for expensive assessments or be humiliated in front of your peers as you try to “figure things out” Allow me to spend 12 months with you as a grassroots official but it won’t be easy, I’m direct, intentional and will hold you accountable but on a one on one basis.
